RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our primary concern. We want to keep you as a customer. If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, you may return it within 14 days after receiving it. No authorization in necessary. All instructions are printed on the reverse side of your packing slip. Of course, only returns in new condition, in original packaging and with proof of purchase can be accepted. Manufacturer's cartons must not be defaced. Take care to repackage or re-wrap original factory cartons. Returns not following this condition may be subject to a restock fee. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED ON ELECTRONIC ITEMS, store credits will be issued for all electronics returns. Please remember to include your packing slip with your returned merchandise and ship all packages through UPS or the USPS INSURED. Sorry, cut goods, special orders, videos, electronic charts and other items - where indicated - are not returnable.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
At the time of delivery, DO NOT ACCEPT any package that shows signs of external damage. REFUSE IT. Ask the driver what procedure to follow. Call our customer service department toll-free (800)443-5408 promptly. If your order was shipped in multiple packages, you may accept the undamaged packages. If you discover damaged merchandise AFTER opening your shipment, call us for assistance.
